Delivery Method/Timing
At Leftcoastlighting orders placed by 2 p.m. Central Time are usually processed the same day. Many of the products we sell are drop shipped directly from warehouses around the country. We ship the majority of our items via UPS or FedEx, but on some merchandise we do use USPS, and freight carriers depending on the item shipment requirements.
Although certain items are kept in stock, some products are custom made to order and require manufacturing time.
Expected ship dates are our best estimate based on past shipping times and are more than 90% accurate. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone and/or e-mail of the new projected shipping date and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order or cancel it for a prompt and complete refund.
In-stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Some oversize items require freight service which might cause a delay in shipment.
Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Leftcoastlighting ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. Leftcoastlighting shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-back’s, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
